What we handle

Like any website, our requests pass through our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the service.

Mono used to offer keys and supporter tags, and stored Roblox usernames for tags, keys with linked IP addresses, and separate executor capability reports. That service has been shut down, and its stored data is being left to expire: keys and linked IP addresses within 24 hours of creation, and supporter tags and executor reports within 30 days of creation or renewal. IP entries used to rate-limit reports expire within 10 minutes. Reports contained executor name and version, game ID, missing capabilities and a timestamp, without a username or user ID. Reports could also be forwarded to Discord; those copies have no automatic expiry set by the old service. Email us for earlier removal.

What's public

Game and place versions are public, at getmono.lol/api/versions.

How we use it

We use this data to keep scripts working when games or executors change, to fix errors, to see how much Mono is used and on which executors, and to show which versions are supported. The SMB bot posts weekly totals and error messages, grouped by executor and game, to a private staff channel in the Monochrome Discord server. The database cleanup does not delete those Discord posts.

What we don't do

Mono Pack is a Windows desktop app for batch file processing. Private admin tools on this domain are not public services.
